I grew up in East Wenatchee, Washington, went to college in Utah, lived in the Bay Area, Nevada, and now Iowa is home!

I met my sweet husband in college and we have been married almost 9 years. We have two precious children, a red-headed daughter named Madelynn, who is as fiery as her hair, and a sweet little boy, Zachary. They adore each other and we adore them!

We love camping and hiking, anything outside! I also love running, playing tennis, reading, baking, and playing games with my family. As long as I'm with people I love, I think I could enjoy just about anything!

I got my Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University in Spanish Teaching. I taught Spanish in a Dual Immersion Program when I lived in Utah and absolutely loved it!. I did musical theater in High School and choir throughout High School and college. I also had many teaching experiences throughout my life. I've always felt like being a teacher is like being on a stage, always performing for my students to keep them engaged, and it is something that invigorates me.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to be a director for Singers Company. I love being a part of something special and powerful!
